How to Cancel Your Cloutly Subscription
We’re sorry to see you’re thinking about leaving. Before you go, we want to make sure you have everything you need and explore whether there’s anything we can do to make Cloutly a better fit for you.
1. Talk to a Product Specialist (Optional but Recommended)

2. Self-Cancel from Your Dashboard
If you’re ready to proceed, you can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Cloutly account. Here’s how:
- Log in to your Cloutly dashboard.
- Click your profile icon (top-right corner).
- Go to Account Settings ➜ Billing.
- Select Manage Plan to open the billing portal and choose "Cancel Subscription"
Once cancelled:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- You’ll retain access to your data and campaigns during that time.
- You can reactivate your account anytime in the future - all your data will still be there (for up to a year).
