Integrate Hubspot with Cloutly
How to connect your Hubspot account with Cloutly
Cloutly integrates with Hubspot's CRM and Ticket Pipeline to help you:
Automate review collection
Create a new support ticket when you receive a negative review
Integrating Hubspot
Inside your Cloutly dashboard, navigate to Integrations, scroll down and find Hubspot from the integrations list
Then, select your Hubspot account from the authorisation window that appears and click 'Choose Account' to add the integration.
Great! Now your Hubspot account is connected to Cloutly, we'll need to set up our automations.
Automate review collection with Hubspot
This automation will allow you to send Review Invites to your HubSpot contacts, when their associated deal reaches a certain stage.
Example: When a deal reaches the 'Closed Won' stage in Hubspot, Cloutly will automatically send a Review Invite to the deal contact.
Create this automation:
Select Manage Integrations inside Cloutly
Click Create New Integration
Choose your trigger and action
Submit
Send a review invite when you make an action in Hubspot
There are two ways to automate review invitations.
Deals stage change
Ticket stage change
Ticket stage change AND a custom property
Here are a few screen shots which hopefully help decide which works best for you.
Select the stage for the card. When you drag the card into the stage, the invite will be sent to the contact.
Setup for Ticket Stage and Custom Property
Please ensure you create a custom property named "Review Request". Ensure it has a developer name "review_request".
Both conditions need to be true before the contact is invited. (ticket stage, AND, custom property = 'YES')
And then finally configure the webhook in Cloutly.
Create a new support ticket when you receive a negative review
This automation will allow you to create support tickets inside Hubspot when you receive a negative review in Cloutly, so that your team can reach out to the unhappy customer directly and resolve their issues.
When setup, this integration will create a new support ticket in Hubspot, set the contact information for the customer (from the review) and provide a description and link to their complaint.
Create this automation:
Select Manage Integrations inside Cloutly
Click Create New Integration
Choose your trigger and action
Submit
Managing your integrations
You can see and manage all your integrations on from the Integations page, where you can enable/disable them, review their logs (history) or delete them altogether.
